Rogers Public Schools is seeking a Transportation Shop Supervisor to assist with the daily operation and management of the bus shop. You will supervise mechanics, assign work, and coordinate with drivers and transportation staff to keep buses safe and out on route.

The role requires a clean driving record, CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements, ASE training, and a high school diploma. Expect 230–240 contract days with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving record and CDL with Passenger/School Bus endorsements.
• Experience with bus maintenance and supervision of shop staff.
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and safety investigations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the shop and mechanics; assign work.
• Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transportation staff.
• Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of buses.
• Keep accurate fleet maintenance records.
• Schedule maintenance, outsourcing, and recalls.
• Assist with purchasing, budgeting, and recordkeeping.
• Address mechanical, safety, and personnel issues; investigate incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
