Job summary

Krise Transportation is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead our diesel and maintenance team at our NorthWestern Albion location. You will mentor technicians, manage schedules, and oversee parts and tire inventory to keep our fleet safe and on the road.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in heavy-duty truck or bus maintenance leadership, plus an associate degree in diesel/automotive technology. Training available for PA state inspection and CDL endorsements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a heavy-duty truck or bus maintenance and repair facility and crew.
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word) and familiarity with fleet maintenance software.
• 2-year degree in diesel technology, automotive technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Class 7 PA State Inspection License preferred (we provide training and support to obtain your PA state inspection license if not currently certified).
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake Endorsements preferred (we provide training and support to obtain your CDL if not currently licensed).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities to meet deadlines.
• Oversee parts and tire inventory to ensure availability for operations.
