Reyes Fleet Management is hiring a Fleet Shop Manager to run our Manteca, CA fleet shop and oversee the Watsonville site. The role requires hands-on trailer/tractor experience, leadership, and travel between sites. Full-time day shift with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in related work and 2+ years in leadership, or equivalent experience with a strong management track record. DOT/OSHA compliance knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AssetWorks to track fleet assets and maintenance scheduling for data-driven improvements.
• Leverage KPI dashboards (PowerBI) to monitor facility performance and reduce expenses.
• Oversee repairs and preventative maintenance across the fleet and guide teams.

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time Fleet Shop Manager to oversee our fleet shop in Manteca, CA with experience in both fleet operations and hands on trailer/tractor experience. The Fleet Manager will also oversee the Watsonville, CA site and travel will be required.Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Day Shift -Must be flexible to support all shiftsPay: $100,000-110,000K annually (Based on experience and qualifications) + Potential annual Bonus of 15%Why work for Reyes Fleet Management?

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the in-house team of Technicians to ensure optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance while controlling costs, minimizing vehicle downtime, maintaining accurate records, and driving initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.
• Oversee fleet maintenance operations, including repair quality, parts inventory control, budgeting, transactional data quality, and compliance with company, state, and federal standards, including DOT and OSHA regulations
• Utilize AssetWorks to manage and track fleet assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping, maintenance scheduling, and data analysis to improve asset performance and lifespan
• Utilize and report on key performance metrics (KPI’s) through PowerBI dashboards, identify and provide data-driven insights to monitor facility performance and trends, and make informed decisions to optimize fleet operations and reduce expenses
• Manage the fleet maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations by monitoring expenses, analyzing financial metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance spending efficiency and reduce overall costs
• Leverage extensive maintenance experience to oversee and guide all repair and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across the fleet
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles
