Circle K seeks a Fleet Services Foreman to lead a diesel shop, coordinating daily operations and a team of technicians in Jacksonville. You will supervise planning, scheduling, safety, and quality, while balancing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience.
• Proven track record as a Shop Supervisor or similar role in diesel mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day shop operations.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks for timely project completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations in the workshop.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards.
• Liaise between shop and upper management on production status and resources.
• Collaborate on project plans and budgets with operations management.
• Monitor inventory to ensure availability of materials and supplies.
• Lead and supervise technicians and workers, providing guidance.
• Perform hands-on equipment work when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and materials used.
• Coordinate with other departments to align PM/repair schedules with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
