Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related business/admin training is a plus.
• 1–2 years in clerical or bookkeeping roles; prior shop or fleet experience preferred.

• Track weekly payroll for shop staff and labor costs by equipment/repair orders.
• Reconcile Comdata transactions and code to the correct fleet vehicles or accounts.
• Process and code invoices for shop materials, tools, repairs, and parts vendors.
