Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Fleet Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple repair facilities. You will ensure vehicle availability, reliability, performance, and appearance while controlling costs and enforcing safety rules.

The role may require extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies. You will direct and coach staff across shifts, manage inventory and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and

4-7 years internal utility company experience or relevant external experience.
Ability to successfully complete the Exelon supervisory assessment.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise day-to-day Fleet Services operations at multiple facilities across shifts.
Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations and coach staff as needed.
Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies and budget for materials, labor, and services.
Create and maintain safe, reliable, and efficient fleet operations and facilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with line management and leadership.
