Job summary

NEORSD is seeking a seasoned Fleet Services Manager to plan, manage, and oversee the district's fleet maintenance program. You will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, manage budgets, and determine outsourcing needs to optimize life-cycle costs.

You will lead a team of maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, prepare bid documents, and drive safety and regulatory compliance across all fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in automotive tech or related field required.
• Five years' fleet maintenance management experience with three leading staff.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet services staff.
• Develop department goals and monitor alignment with maintenance strategy.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of fleet equipment including diverse units.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and outsourcing of services when needed.
• Prepare bid documents and evaluate bids for new equipment.
