• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across multiple sites/states.
• Fleet/field service management experience preferred.
• Experience staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 15 field technicians; oversee training, evaluations and hiring.
• Own operational and financial metrics; report performance to leadership.
• Schedule and manage daily field activities across sites and states; assign routes.
• Coordinate fleet repairs with technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve field/maintenance issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, budgets and variance reports.
• Conduct field quality inspections; suggest improvements.
• Manage safety procedures for field and fleet operations.
• Oversee vendor relations and invoicing; review quotes.
• Conduct training on maintenance, repairs and safety best practices.
• Lead by example aligning with CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues affecting the program.
