Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator to support the Fleet Maintenance team. You will source and stock parts, manage high-use parts, and maintain repair records using Transman and Onbase.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work independently or with a team. The position focuses on accurate inventory control, invoice processing, and coordinating with the fleet team to ensure smooth vehicle operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, purchasing, and stocking parts for vehicle repairs at the onsite fleet shop.
• Distributing and charging out high-use/high-value parts company-wide.
• Using Transman to create/close repair orders, track PM/inspection due dates, and record fuel usage.
• Updating parts inventory and conducting weekly spot checks and annual stock takes.
• Reviewing and coding invoices using Onbase system.
• Ability to move company cars as needed and coordinate with fleet team remotely.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Sourcing/purchasing/stocking parts for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicle repairs at onsite fleet maintenance shop. Regular price checking and negotiation to get best price/warranty on parts.
• Distributing and charging out high-use/high-value parts company-wide
• Utilizing Transman system to create and close repair orders, track vehicle PM/inspection due dates, record fuel usage, and maintain vendor statements & vehicle repair records
• Updating and maintaining accurate parts inventory, including weekly spot checking and annual inventory.
• Reviewing and coding invoices through Onbase
• Ability to move company cars when needed
• Partnering remotely with other team members to manage company fleet vehicle documentation
