Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator to support the Fleet Maintenance team with administrative duties, parts sourcing, and documentation. You will handle parts orders, track vehicle PM dates, process invoices in Onbase, and coordinate with field staff to keep the fleet running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multitask effectively within a dynamic retail fleet setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing/purchasing/stocking parts for vehicle repairs at onsite fleet maintenance shop.
• Distributing and charging out high-use/high-value parts company-wide.
• Utilizing Transman system to create and close repair orders, track PM/inspection due dates, record fuel usage, and maintain vendor statements & vehicle repair records.
• Updating and maintaining accurate parts inventory, including weekly spot checking and annual inventory.
• Reviewing and coding invoices through Onbase.
• Ability to move company cars when needed and partner remotely with team members to manage fleet documentation.
