Be the heartbeat of Plano’s Fleet Services. As a Service Writer, you’ll be the central connection between our technicians and the city departments that rely on safe, reliable vehicles every day. You’ll manage work orders, coordinate repairs, communicate timelines, and keep essential city operations—from police and fire to parks and public works—moving without interruption. This role blends organization, customer service, and technical awareness to ensure our fleet stays mission-ready for the community we serve.
