Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions in Chattanooga is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to direct daily work orders and supervise technicians, ensuring safety and efficiency across operations.

You will manage technician productivity toward monthly revenue goals, provide ongoing training, and support sales with quotes and product lookups. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for success and career growth at Snider.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial tire technician.
• 5+ years of experience assigning commercial service work orders to technicians.
• Proficient in MS Office and the ability to learn other software (Maddenco, AS400, SAP, BTN).
• Commercial TIA certification (strongly preferred).
• Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment).
• Valid Driver's License or state equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, create, assign, and monitor all service work orders to technicians.
• Manage productivity of technicians, with a focus on monthly revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing training and skill development opportunities for technicians to enhance performance.
• Step in to assist with work orders and technician tasks during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Assist branch manager with maintaining up to date employee administrative files.
• Provide sales staff support with service quotes, product look-ups, and customer concerns.
