Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to provide daily direction and assign work orders to technicians. You will oversee work performed, ensure safety procedures, and drive service quality while meeting monthly revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience coordinating commercial service work, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. A path for growth and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial tire technician.
• 5+ years of experience assigning commercial service work orders to technicians.
• Proficient in MS Office and the able to learn other software (Maddenco, AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)
• Commercial TIA certification (strongly preferred)
• Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment)
• Valid Driver's License or state(s) equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards

Responsabilidades

• Receive, create, assign, and monitor all service work orders to technicians
• Manage productivity of technicians, with a focus on monthly revenue goals
• Provide ongoing training and skill development opportunities for technicians to enhance performance and stay current with industry standards
• Step in to assist with work orders and technician tasks as needed, especially during periods of high demand or staffing shortages
• Assist branch manager with maintaining up to date employee administrative files
• Provide sales staff support with service quotes, product look-ups, and any customer concerns
• Oversee customer scheduled fleet work, scrap tire analysis, and other customer needs
• Assist with warehouse duties (inventory, load/unload, barcoding, scan billing, etc.)
• Conduct daily inspection of warehouse, service bays, trucks, and equipment in order to ensure safety, compliance, cleanliness, and organization
• Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures are being followed

Snider Fleet Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Service Manager to provide the daily direction and distribution of work orders to technicians. In addition, the Commercial Service Manager provides oversight of work performed and ensures that proper safety procedures and processes are followed. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are vital for this role, as positive teamwork is important for business growth.
