Qualifications

• 3+ years experience assigning service work orders to technicians.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to learn AS400, SAP, BTN.
• Federal Annual and Brake Inspector certification preferred.
• Medium/Heavy Truck ASE certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, creates, assigns, and monitors all service work orders to technicians.
• Responsible for the productivity of technicians, with a focus on monthly revenue goals.
• Assist branch and operations manager with maintaining up-to-date employee administrative files and certifications.
• Provide sales staff support through service quotes and product lookups to resolve customer disputes.
• Manage customer scheduled fleet work and related tire analysis and needs.
• Assist with warehouse duties including inventory and barcode scanning.
• Conduct daily safety and organization checks of warehouse, bays, trucks, and equipment.
• Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures.
