Qualifications

• 3+ years as a commercial tire technician.
• 5+ years of experience assigning service work orders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Commercial TIA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, create, assign, and monitor service work orders to technicians.
• Manage technician productivity toward monthly revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing training and skill development.
• Assist with high-demand periods and staffing shortages.
• Support sales with service quotes and product lookups.
• Oversee fleet work scheduling and warehouse tasks.
• Ensure safety and proper branch opening/closing procedures.
