Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years shop supervision or management experience.
• ASE certifications or equivalent technician / mechanic experience.
• Computer literacy.

• Ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Maintenance Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance program.
• Direct all maintenance activity with current and prospective customers.
• Coordinate outside repairs and follow up.
• Supervise Service Department personnel and assign work.
• Monitor employees' performance and provide coaching.
• Recruit at technical schools and participate in hiring activities.
