Western Express, Inc. is seeking an administrative associate to support drivers, open daily repair orders, and coordinate with technicians. This role prioritizes strong communication, accuracy, and solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming driver requests and assist with driver questions.
• Open daily repair orders; work with technicians as needed for repairs.
• Working knowledge of Transman preferred (VRMS coding knowledge another plus).
• Courteous and positive attitude - Communication is a MUST!
• Multitasking and highly organized as this is a high paced shop.
• Working computer knowledge and the ability to type accurately.
• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner (Inspection Reports for DOT, DOT Violations).
• Meet commitments and deadlines!
