Job summary

Western Express, Inc. is seeking an administrative associate to support drivers, open daily repair orders, and coordinate with technicians. This role prioritizes strong communication, accuracy, and solid computer skills.

You will handle DOT documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced shop environment. Compensation is based on experience and reflects the family-oriented culture at Western.

• Open daily repair orders; work directly with technicians as needed for repairs. (Someone who has a bit of mechanical knowledge would be helpful)
• Working knowledge of Transman preferred (VRMS coding knowledge another plus)
• Courteous and positive attitude - Communication is a MUST!

• Working computer knowledge and the ability to type accurately.
