Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Fleet Service Coordinator in Lubbock, TX. You will ensure fleet readiness, organize maintenance schedules, and manage vehicle records to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires coordinating insurance for drivers, monitoring compliance with DOT/OSHA/TOSHA, and collaborating with multiple teams to optimize fleet performance. This is a full-time on-site position in Lubbock.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and maintaining vehicle fleets.
• Knowledge of maintenance scheduling and records management.
• Familiarity with DOT/OSHA/TOSHA policies and DMV requirements.
• Ability to handle insurance processes and driver policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance programs for fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Set maintenance schedules and maintain service records for repairs.
• Communicate with management on vehicle availability, usage, and maintenance needs.
• Add/remove drivers to insurance policies and distribute insurance cards.
• Assist with vehicular insurance claims processing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and city vehicle safety policies.
• Monitor DMV requirements including titles, registrations, and tags.
• Manage fuel card distribution and usage in the fueling system.
• Organize daily fleet repair schedules and generate summaries of work.
• Track assets and equipment across locations.
• Oversee transfers of assets, parts, or chemicals between sites.
• Handle driver concern calls and assist fleet mechanics with office tasks.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

As the Fleet Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the availability and readiness of our fleet and vehicle assets. Your keen technical aptitude and collaborative spirit will be instrumental in maintaining a well-functioning fleet. You'll excel in this role if you enjoy strategic decision-making, juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing safety, and working closely with diverse teams.

• Works under the direction of the Fleet Director to coordinate, implement, and monitor the management and preventive maintenance program for the fleet of vehicles and related equipment
• Oversees the establishment of preventive maintenance and necessary repair schedules for all vehicles and related equipment and maintains service records of repairs
• Confers with management to obtain and/or provide information pertaining to vehicle availability, usage, maintenance, repair, etc. as needed
• Oversees the addition and removal of drivers to insurance policies, distribution of insurance cards
• Assists in handling of vehicular insurance claims
• Monitors and ensures compliance with federal (DOT/OSHA/TOSHA), state, and city policies and procedures as it relates to vehicle maintenance and safety
• Monitor and assure compliance with all DMV requirements including but not limited to titles, registrations, tags, etc.
• Monitor, assign, and facilitate fuel cards in our fueling system
• Overseeing and organizing the daily fleet repair schedule, preparing schedules and recaps of work done
• Manages asset tracking of all company equipment and vehicles
• Monitoring any assets, parts, or chemicals being transferred from location to location.
• Monitoring any phone calls received for driver complaints
• Assisting fleet mechanics with any office duties as needed
