Job summary

Blackwell Miami Inc in Pompano Beach is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to lead new business development for fleet maintenance and repair services. You will focus on opening doors, building relationships from zero, and presenting our fleet capabilities to South Florida businesses.

This role requires hands-on prospecting, in-person meetings, and independent closing to grow our fleet-partner base.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or B2B development is preferred.
• Comfortable cold calling and in-person meetings.
• Ability to build relationships from zero to close.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect South Florida businesses with fleets (delivery/courier, HVAC/plumbing/electrical, municipal/utility fleets).
• Identify and pursue medium to large fleets needing maintenance/repair partnerships.
• Handle front end of the sale—outreach and meetings—while leadership helps close deals.
• Maintain an active pipeline and check in weekly on progress.

About us

Based in Pompano Beach, we're a fleet vehicle maintenance and repair shop that also runs a full-service body shop. This is a dedicated new-business role - bringing in fleet accounts we don't already have.

Looking for someone who's genuinely good at opening doors and starting relationships from zero.

What you'll do

• Prospect South Florida businesses running their own vehicle fleets - delivery/courier services, HVAC/plumbing/electrical companies, municipal or utility fleets, and similar
• Identify and pursue medium to large fleets that could use a reliable maintenance and repair partner
• Handle the front end of the sale - outreach and meetings - while leadership helps bring deals across the finish line
• Maintain an active pipeline and check in weekly on progress

What we're looking for

• A track record in outside sales or B2B business development; experience in fleet, automotive, or industrial services helps but isn't required
• Comfortable cold calling and showing up in person to pitch - not a role for someone waiting on inbound leads
• Confident closer who can operate independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Based in, or open to being based in, the Pompano Beach area

Nice to have

• Existing network among local fleet owners or operators
• Familiarity with fleet card or leasing programs (Element, WEX, Merchants, etc.)
