Qualifications

• Outside sales or B2B business development experience.
• Cold calling and door-knocking are essential; hunter mentality.
• Self-driven, closes deals without micromanagement.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to South Florida fleets that manage their own vehicles.
• Build a target list of medium to large fleets in need of maintenance partners.
• Book meetings and hand off to leadership to close deals.
• Track pipeline and provide weekly status updates.

About us

We're a Hollywood-based fleet vehicle maintenance and repair shop with a full-service body shop as well. This position is dedicated entirely to landing new fleet accounts.

We need someone who thrives on the chase — going out and winning new business, not managing what's already there.

What you'll do

• Reach out to South Florida companies that run their own fleets — delivery/courier, HVAC/plumbing/electrical, municipal or utility fleets, and similar
• Build a target list of medium to large fleets in need of a maintenance partner and work it hard
• Your job is finding the opportunities and getting meetings booked — leadership steps in to close
• Track your pipeline and give a weekly update on where things stand

What we're looking for

• Outside sales or B2B business development experience; a background in fleet, automotive, or industrial services is a plus
• No hesitation picking up the phone or knocking on doors — this is a hunting role through and through
• A natural closer who's self-driven and doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Hollywood area

Nice to have

• Connections with local fleet operators or companies that manage their own vehicles
• Knowledge of fleet card/leasing programs (Element, WEX, Merchants, etc.)
