Job summary

Service Minds is seeking a seasoned Safety & Fleet Manager to lead fleet safety and workplace safety programs across multiple markets. The role combines field presence with data analysis, training delivery, and leadership reporting to improve safety, reduce injuries, and drive accountability.

You will partner with Operations, HR, and leadership to establish scalable standards, monitor driver behavior, and implement training programs across branches and jobsites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fleet and workplace safety in a large multi-location organization.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard skills for safety and fleet metrics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable leadership recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve safety and fleet programs across locations.
• Lead safety training, PPE programs, and driver safety initiatives.
• Monitor and improve driver behavior, incident reporting, and PPE compliance.
• Analyze safety data, generate reports, and present findings to leadership.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions with operations and HR.
