Job summary

Service Minds LLC is seeking an experienced Safety & Fleet Manager to lead fleet and workplace safety programs across multiple locations. The role involves developing safety standards, delivering training, analyzing safety and fleet data, and partnering with operations to drive measurable improvements.

This hands-on position requires field presence at branches and jobsites, conducting inspections, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Travel is around 40–50% to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fleet safety in a large multi-location organization.
• Ability to travel approximately 40–50% to branches and field locations.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and trend-identification skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve company-wide workplace and fleet safety programs.
• Establish scalable safety standards across locations.
• Create and deliver safety training and PPE programs.
• Lead driver safety initiatives, including monitoring MVRs and driver eligibility.
• Develop safety dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership.
• Investigate safety incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Legal to close safety gaps.
