Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a Transportation Safety Manager in Dallas, TX to lead region-wide HSE/DOT compliance and fleet safety programs in line with DOT/FMCSA requirements.

The role requires 6+ years in HSE/DOT within oilfield services, strong incident management, and experience with ISNetworld, LMS, and safety reporting systems. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; on-site leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of HSE/DOT work experience, preferably in oilfield services.
• CSP, SMS, ASP or OSHA training certifications preferred.
• Experience in ISNetworld, LMS and safety reporting programs like KPA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IVMS system; coordinate district deployment.
• Audit IVMS reports, coach driver behavior, ensure logs compliance.
• Coordinate vehicle installs/de-installs and manage notifications.
• Lead DOT investigations and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain Journey Management data and report district performance.
• Provide training and communicate findings to stakeholders.
