Job summary

VoltaGrid LLC in Midland, TX or Houston, TX is seeking a Sr. DOT Manager to lead transportation safety compliance across the company. You will coordinate with executive leadership, oversee audits, risk management, driver qualification, HOS/ELD, and hazardous materials programs, and drive safety initiatives company-wide.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, hands-on leadership, and ability to manage multiple locations while ensuring regulatory readiness and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in DOT compliance, fleet safety, or transportation management.
• Deep knowledge of FMCSA regulations (49 CFR).
• Experience managing DOT audits and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation safety compliance across the Company’s Transportation Department.
• Coordinate with Executive Team and location leadership on safety strategies.
• Oversee audits, inspections, training, and CAPAs.
• Monitor metrics reflecting performance and regulatory status.
• Manage driver qualification, HOS/ELD, and hazardous materials programs.
