RXO, Inc. is seeking a Fleet & Warehouse Safety Manager to lead safety and compliance across our regional operations.

You will oversee safety administration teams, manage OSHA and FMCSA/DOT programs, and partner with drivers, warehouse staff, and leadership to foster a culture of safety. You will develop programs, conduct audits and investigations, maintain records, and coordinate with vendors and third‑party safety partners.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years related experience in transportation/logistics.
• Experience with FMCSA/DOT 49 CFR and OSHA 29 CFR regulations.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and evaluate safety programs and policies that support DOT/FMCSA and OSHA compliance across terminals, drivers, and dock operations.
• Collaborate with terminal, drivers and field leadership to strengthen a proactive safety culture with measurable criteria.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation and workplace safety regulations.
• Lead accident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA records, manage injury reporting, and support workers’ compensation coordination.
• Conduct audits of qualification files, accident files, roadside inspection documentation, and driver compliance records.
• Support driver qualification and compliance programs, including CDL and CSA monitoring, ELOG compliance.
• Facilitate new hire and refresher safety training for drivers, warehouse personnel, and field staff.
• Serve as a key point of contact for third‑party safety and compliance vendors, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with safety reporting to leadership and customers with clear, actionable metrics.
• Assist with regulatory filings as needed.
