Job summary

Core & Main LP is seeking a delivery operations supervisor at our distribution center. You will lead a team of delivery drivers, plan routes for cost-efficient and compliant transportation, and ensure vehicle inspections and proper records are maintained.

The role requires supervisory experience in dispatch or fleet maintenance, familiarity with routing programs, and knowledge of DOT regulations and driver safety programs. Travel is occasional, with safety and regulatory compliance as core focus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 5+ years experience in a related field.
• Experience with routing programs and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs and trains the delivery driver team.
• Ensures compliance with safety, hazmat and DOT requirements; manages routes for cost efficiency.
• Oversees routine vehicle inspections and records.
• Coaches and develops delivery drivers; accompanies drivers on routes for evaluation.
