TCI Transportation is hiring a Level 2 Reefer Technician in Michigan. The role requires 2+ years of mechanical and refrigeration experience and offers a daytime shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Competitive hourly pay scales from $30.95 to $37.00 depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities include overhaul of refrigeration components, adherence to OSHA and safety standards, and maintaining current certifications (608/609). CDL with air brake preferred; CDL may be acquired.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years mechanical / refrigeration experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational / Technical or certification preferred.
• Specialized training and experience in the overhaul of refrigeration components required.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• 608 / 609 certifications required. Must keep certifications current / valid.
• Proficiency in the use of all necessary tools of trade required.
• Current CDL license with air brake certification preferred. Willingness to acquire CDL if you do not have one.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• The ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment is required.
• All employees are required to follow OSHA, Federal, State, Local regulatory and environmental laws.

We are looking for a Level 2 Reefer Technician with 2+ years' Experience.
