NationaLease in Chicago is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to service diesel engines, reefer trailers, and related truck equipment. You must have 6+ years of diesel engine repair and Reefer trailer experience. EPA 608/609 certification is required.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with competitive hourly pay. Join a stable, family-owned company focused on safety, training, and advancement.

What You'll Do

We are looking for an experienced technician with 6+ years of Diesel Engine Repair experience PLUS Reefer Trailer repair experience. EPA 608/609 Certification is required.

Pay

$38.53 – $43.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Shift

Monday through Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• Reefer Trailer / Transport Refrigeration Systems
• Refrigeration and A/C systems
• Clutches
• PTO Systems
• Electrical Systems
• Hydraulic/Air Brake Systems
• Heating/Air Conditioning Systems
• Instruments and Gauges
• Preventive Maintenance Services

Technicians are measured on their efficiency and ability to complete quality repairs within established time standards.

We're Looking For

The Technician will generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components of various truck, trailer, and refrigerated trailer equipment at the direction of the Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor.

• 6+ years of Diesel Engine Repair experience
• Reefer Trailer / Transport Refrigeration repair experience required
• EPA 608/609 Certification required
• Experience diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
• Ability to diagnose and complete advanced repairs with little or no supervision
