8Fleet, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Specialist to manage vehicle access and readiness at our Atlanta hub. You will ensure vehicles are prepared for drivers at shift start and accounted for at the end, while supporting the fleet team with administrative tasks and basic tech troubleshooting.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication as you coordinate with drivers and the market manager to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and quick learning ability.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect vehicle keys and equipment at shift start and end.
• Assist with basic cleaning and staging of vehicles for use.
• Conduct pre- and post-ride inspections and report damage or issues.
• Troubleshoot basic fleet applications and in-vehicle technology; escalate complex problems.
• Maintain records of key assignments, vehicle condition, and shift activity.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the fleet management team.
