Job summary
Top-Aces is seeking an Assistant Fleet Manager in Mesa, AZ to lead maintenance scheduling, fleet health, and data-driven readiness initiatives. You will oversee aircraft records, coordinate with pilots, production, and logistics, and guide a team to maintain mission readiness across the fleet.
The role requires deep maintenance lifecycle knowledge, DoD/compliance experience, and the ability to produce executive-level reports.
Qualifications
- Must have led maintenance or fleet operations teams.
- Deep understanding of aircraft maintenance lifecycle and compliance tracking.
- Experience coordinating multi-site maintenance activities and schedules.
- Strong data analytics for maintenance forecasting and leadership reporting.
- Experience with TDY or deployed operations and government requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall fleet health and ensure mission readiness.
- Direct and validate maintenance and flying schedules with stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy of aircraft records and maintenance data.
- Track discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Supervise schedulers and enforce procedures and policies.
- Develop executive reports for leadership and forecasting.
- Coordinate long-term maintenance forecasts and inspections.
- Plan TDY maintenance operations and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with logistics to streamline maintenance flow and reduce downtime.
- Apply Lean maintenance and production control practices.
