Job summary
Top Aces Inc. is seeking an Assistant Fleet Manager in Mesa, AZ to lead maintenance scheduling, ensure aircraft readiness, and optimize fleet utilization.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance operations, production control, or flightline management.
- Experience with F-16, A-10, or similar tactical fighter aircraft platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee fleet health to keep aircraft mission-ready and compliant with safety and maintenance standards.
- Direct and validate maintenance and flying schedules with Production Supervisors, pilots, and logistics.
- Ensure accuracy of aircraft records, maintenance databases, and engine hour/cycle tracking.
- Supervise OL Schedulers and staff; enforce maintenance control procedures and company policies.
- Develop executive-level reports and analytics for Fleet Manager and leadership briefings.
- Coordinate long-term maintenance forecasts and inspection planning to align with mission demands.
