Job summary

Top Aces Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler based at Luke AFB, AZ to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, manage records, and ensure data accuracy across aircraft configurations.

The role requires experience with aircraft maintenance operations, strong problem‑solving skills, and proficiency in RAMCO and MS Office. Travel within the US and internationally is expected as part of fleet readiness support.

Qualifications

• FAA regulations and military maintenance reporting procedures.
• Proven track record handling complex assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance lifecycle, inspection intervals and discrepancy management.
• Excellent written and oral presentation of maintenance and configuration information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Able to obtain CAC and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft and component data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity, notifying management of factors affecting aircraft health or airworthiness.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare reports using maintenance information system data to support operational decision‑making.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the RAMCO system, ensuring proper utilization, data integrity, and sustainment.
• Maintain permanent aircraft and component records by verifying maintenance documentation and conducting audits for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Logistics to schedule activities, ensure workflow alignment, and confirm parts availability.
• Manage aircraft configuration control by tracking modifications and maintenance status, and implementing fleet-wide changes.
• Create aircraft work packages for heavy maintenance events and update planning trackers for forecasting and procurement.
• Track and report aircraft status to leadership to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance.
