Qualifications

• Must be permanently in the title or reachable on civil service exam #4124.
• Experience performing quality assurance inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Evaluate deliveries and determine acceptance, rejection, or conditional acceptance.
• Prepare new vehicles for intake in Fleet Focus and install Geotab systems.
• Assist in DMV registrations for agency vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, salvage, and related payments with stakeholders.
• Inspect in-service vehicles and monitor warranty work.
• Update records and generate fleet reports using Fleet Focus and Geotab.
• Operate a department vehicle as needed; may cover supervisor duties.
