Job summary

Rollins, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for Driver Safety to advance fleet safety across brands. You will develop and implement proactive driver safety programs, monitor driver behavior, and drive adoption of telematics and in-vehicle cameras.

Partner across Operations, Risk, Legal, and L&D to sustain a compliant safety culture in a distributed workforce. Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, data analysis, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration; travel required to support

Ability to influence through relationships and drive change in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted driver and fleet safety partner for field teams and leadership.
Lead or support deployment of in-vehicle camera and telematics technology, including training and adoption tracking.
Engage with field teams through regular communication, coaching, and field visits; 25% travel required.
Develop, implement, and maintain driver safety programs, policies, and standards across brands and locations.
Analyze safety data and trends to identify high-risk drivers and locations; propose corrective actions.
