Job summary

Amazon is expanding its Global Fleet org and seeks a Program Manager to define the vision, roadmap, and execution for fleet management partnerships across Middle Mile assets. You will balance strategy with hands-on collaboration, driving alignment with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate in a startup-like atmosphere within a large company. Up to 25% travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in program or project management
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and organizations
• Experience in transportation or supply chain within high-volume logistics or engineering

Responsibilities

• Define program vision and roadmaps including short-, mid-, and long-term timelines.
• Develop strategic documentation for stakeholder alignment and milestones.
• Identify KPIs and create reporting frameworks for program management and scaling.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to resolve partner issues and deliver execution.
• Standardize and optimize processes for consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for external fleet management partners.
• Drive continuous improvements by analyzing performance and feedback.
