Amazon's Middle Mile is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to own cost optimization and pricing control for the Maintenance Program. You will partner with technical teams, manage stakeholders and multiple priorities, and drive spend efficiency across the fleet.

The role requires autonomy, strong communication, and a data-driven mindset to deliver high standards in a fast‑moving environment. Experience in cross-functional delivery and process improvements is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs; SQL knowledge.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own cost optimization and pricing control strategy for Amazon's Middle Mile Maintenance Program.
• Develop and execute cost optimization initiatives and manage pricing agreements with vendors.
• Drive spend efficiency across Amazon Middle Mile Fleet with minimal guidance.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver results.
