Amazon's Middle Mile is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to own the cost optimization and pricing control strategy for the Middle Mile Maintenance Program. You will partner with technical teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives and deliver results with a high degree of autonomy.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, experience managing multiple priorities, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to varied audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of process improvement using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own cost optimization and pricing control for Middle Mile Maintenance.
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Develop and execute spend efficiency across Middle Mile Fleet.
• Navigate ambiguity and deliver projects with minimal guidance.
