Fleet Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest commercial fleet programs in the U.S.! Our mission is to provide eligible Siemens employees with energy-efficient vehicles to support marketing, sales, and service efforts in a transforming technology marketplace. We focus on strategic initiatives to ensure driver safety, productivity, cost reduction, and process improvement.

The Fleet team offers expertise in fleet management, consolidates purchasing power, and emphasizes sustainability, safety, quality, and compliance.

Transform the everyday with us

As part of Siemens Corporation Supply Chain Management, our Mobility Services Fleet team manages over 10,000 assets, including cars, trucks, cargo vans, bucket trucks, and tractor trailers.

This role is remote from a home office.

• Assist in transitioning to electric vehicles, including procurement, charging solutions, and driver education
• Implement and optimize telematics systems to enhance fleet safety and efficiency
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and integrate new technologies
• Use digital tools to streamline operations and processes
• Plan, organize, and analyze data to develop recommendations

You will be a good fit if you have the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Project Management, Fleet Management, or 5+ years of related experience in large-scale fleet programs
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting and supplier management
• Proficiency in complex fleet operations
• Experience in continuous improvement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics
• Leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
