Previous experience in Development Program Management or technical execution.
Ability to support travel as needed, up to 20% (dependent on work location).
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

You will serve as a Program Manager for the Solid Rocket Motor Product Center (SRM PC) team, leading activities related to design, testing, qualification, and production transition of Lockheed Martin's internally developed Solid Rocket Motors (SRMs). Our team focuses on augmenting the SRM industrial base and achieving key company objectives.
The SRM PC Program Management Manager (PM) will impact critical objectives by leading activities supporting SRM design, testing, qualification, and production transition. Responsibilities include collaboration with manufacturing and production operations teams across Dallas, Archbald, and Owego to ensure timely delivery of motor subcomponents, and establishing the SRM Energetics Lab in Troy, AL.
Additional duties involve engaging in new business pursuits, proposal responses, and international business collaborations. The position reports to the SRM PC Director and includes responsibilities such as:
