Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a full‑stack team building Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontends for workflow‑heavy products. You’ll own delivery scope, release cadence, and responsiveness to users, including design reviews and architecture tradeoffs.

You will recruit, mentor, and grow engineers, drive reliability, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners across the fleet engineering org.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years managing full-stack teams delivering production web apps.
• Experience owning production services end to end, including outages and on‑call.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team through hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Own end-to-end delivery: gather requirements, scope, and release cadences.
• Drive reliability and performance under real operational load with observability and incident response.
• Lead maintenance, enhancements, and new product development for fleet software.
