Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack team building Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontends for workflow-heavy products. You will own delivery end-to-end, guide design reviews, and ensure reliability across the fleet with real users and tech peers.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software engineering, 4+ years in management, and strong frontend/backend capabilities, plus a BS/MS in CS or equivalent. Competitive salary and extensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years managing full-stack teams shipping production web apps.
• Experience with frontend (TypeScript/React) and backend (Go).
• Strong ownership of production services and incident response.
• Ability to drive architecture reviews and cross-team alignment.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Fleet Engineering team through hiring and mentoring.
• Own delivery end-to-end with defined scope and release cadences.
• Drive reliability and performance under real operational load.
• Lead design and architecture reviews for API contracts and data models.
• Collaborate with Operations, PMs, and leadership on roadmaps.
