CoreWeave in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack team building Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontends for workflow-heavy, data-dense products used by hardware technicians and data center staff.

You will own delivery from scoping to release cadence, drive reliability under live load, mentor engineers, and set technical direction across API contracts and data modeling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years leading full-stack teams delivering production web apps.
• Experience owning production web services end to end.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Fleet Engineering team, setting the operating tone and career development.
• Own end-to-end delivery: gather requirements, define scope, plan releases.
• Drive reliability and performance under real load with observability and on-call processes.
• Lead maintenance and improvement of existing products based on user feedback.
• Scope and lead new product development to improve fleet efficiency and scale.
• Set technical direction through design/architecture reviews and API contracts.
