Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions hires a Fleet Parts & Inventory Coordinator to ensure mechanics have parts, materials, and resources for safe, efficient operations. You will procure parts, manage stock levels, coordinate vendor relations, and transport supplies across the DFW area.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and proficiency with Excel. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is required.
• Experience in service department environments; dealership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source parts for fleet maintenance.
• Coordinate parts pickup and delivery across DFW using company vehicles.
• Manage inventory control, stocking, and forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and warranties.
• Ensure safety standards and proper PPE during operations.
• Collaborate with technicians to streamline operations.
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
