Responsibilities

• Oversee parts ordering, procurement, inventory, warranty, and distribution.
• Manage min/max inventory for shop and field locations.
• Negotiate parts/maintenance contracts with PSC vendors.
• Oversee parts warranty processes and credits/refunds.
• Maintain clean, organized parts room.
• Support field technicians to minimize downtime.
• Train and develop PSC parts personnel.
• Maintain standardized parts master data in the system.
