Primoris T&D Services, LLC is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Denton, TX to manage parts purchases, inventory, warranty handling, and fleet parts distribution for multiple units, both in shop and in the field.

The role requires experience in parts sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will standardize parts activities across regions and support GPS/telematics-related systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales or auto/equipment sales.
• Ability to follow instructions and processes and communicate effectively.
• Sound knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the parts ordering, procurement, inventory management, warranty, and distribution of PSC repair parts, shop supplies, and maintenance parts for all business units; field and in shop.
• Controls all min/max parts inventory for shop and field locations.
• Negotiates parts/tires/maintenance contracts with PSC preferred vendors with National Accounts support.
• Manages the parts warranty process with all vendors and ensures credits/refunds are collected.
• Keeps assigned parts room clean and organized.
• Ensures field logistics minimize downtime and improve technician efficiency.
• Oversees training and development of PSC parts personnel.
• Manages standardized parts master in Parts management system (TBA).
• Establishes min/max of parts on hand for inventory.

Job Overview:Our Denton, TX Base Fleet team is looking for its next Parts Coordinator to join the team!Position OverviewCarries out various administrative and fleet management tasks including parts management, procurement, process implementation, GPS telematics device management, and other systems deployed across Primoris Services Corporation. Generates, distributes, and follows up on scheduled reports related to parts purchases, inventory, and explanations for program exceptions.
