Primoris T&D Services, LLC is seeking a Fleet Manager in Denton, TX to oversee shop operations and the fleet of construction equipment. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and multitasking to keep diesel and automotive technicians productive and morale high.

You will manage repairs, acquisitions, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient fleet performance. This position offers opportunities for growth and is based on-site in Denton.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a managerial fleet/logistics role in construction.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Proficient in GPS and fleet-management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control of fleet tools and supplies and timely repairs.
• Make decisions on vehicle acquisition and analyze fleet expenses.
• Set strategic and operational goals for the fleet.
• Supervise maintenance and readiness of all vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare reports highlighting activities and issues.
• Lead hiring and management of qualified mechanics.
• Control inventory within company variance.
• Develop SOPs to drive fleet innovation.
