Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Fleet Manager to lead shop and fleet operations at Denton, TX. You will direct maintenance, acquisitions, and performance analysis to keep construction equipment in service.

The role requires strong leadership, logistics experience, and knowledge of FMCSA rules. Expect a hands-on manager who drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in a managerial role involving fleet management or logistics.
• Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and multitasking in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations, quality control of fleet tools and supplies, and timely repairs.
• Make decisions on vehicle acquisition and analyze fleet expenses and performance reports.
• Utilize GPS and fleet software to track vehicles and improve efficiency.
• Set strategic goals and supervise vehicle maintenance and readiness.
• Hire and manage qualified mechanics; control inventory within variance.
