Job summary

EthosEnergy Group is seeking a Major Maintenance Coordinator to lead and manage major maintenance outages across five combined cycle plants. You will coordinate turbine, steam turbine, and generator outages, support lifecycle planning, and ensure safety and quality from planning through closeout.

On-site presence is required for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. With 7+ years in power generation and OEM/contractor collaboration, you will drive outage planning, budgets, and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 7 years in power generation with major maintenance outages.
• Experience coordinating turbine, generator, and outages with OEMs/contractors.
• PM experience and LTSA/LTP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout of major outages across turbines and generators.
• Develop outage scopes, resource plans, logistics, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate outage readiness reviews, post-outage lessons learned, and performance metrics.
• Interface with OEMs, contractors, and service providers; resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Maintain fleet component tracking, parts pedigree, and repair status with OEMs.
• Monitor inspection results and lifecycle decisions; support capital expenditure planning.
• Prepare outage updates and risk assessments for management and clients.
• Support contract evaluations, bid reviews, and project-related initiatives.
