Job summary

EthosEnergy O&M seeks a Major Maintenance Coordinator to lead and manage major outages across five combined cycle plants, coordinating turbine, generator, and support work while aligning with maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle plans. You will work with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, OEMs, and contractors to ensure safe, on‑time, and within‑budget execution.

This role emphasizes risk mitigation and continuous improvement for the fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in power generation with outages experience.
• Experience coordinating major maintenance outages across turbines and generators.
• PM credentials or equivalent project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout of major maintenance outages.
• Develop outage scopes, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate outage readiness reviews and post-outage lessons learned.
• Manage outage performance metrics including safety, quality, and budgets.
• Interface with OEMs, contractors, and service providers to resolve issues.
• Track parts pedigree, repair status, and logistics across repairs.
